Answer. A Wali is that person who is punctual upon the teachings of Islam and he does this with Ikhlaas (sincerity) in his heart. His actions are in conformity to the Sunnah and he refrains from any action which will cause Allah’s displeasure. and Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
